Shipping policy

Yuupaket is a post box delivery service. We will ship your package to the address you provide, and it will be dropped off at your local post box, delivery locker, or similar location.

Customers who prefer Nekopost may select it at checkout. If you choose Yuupaket at checkout, you will qualify for free shipping.

Orders totaling 5,500 yen (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping.

For orders under 5,500 yen (tax included), a separate shipping fee of 520 yen (tax included) will be charged per shipment.

* A shipping fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) will apply to orders shipped to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.

* Please note that items with different order numbers cannot be shipped together in a single shipment.
